Must have CIS and CSCS card. Previous flat roofing experience would be an advantage although training can be given. Will be working on domestic properties. Duties include: Stripping off existing roofs or repairing/replacing broken slates and tiles; checking that the roof timbers are sound; resizing, cutting and re-holing slates or tiles; fitting insulating materials, felt, battens, slates or tiles and flashing; pointing. Will also be required to clean roofs.
