I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to manage a new catering facility based on the Wickes site in Bracknell. You will responsible for the daily running of the unit, including staff hire, rotas, payroll, stock, and serving customers. You will be able to cook simple dishes and ideally have a food handling certificate. If not, this will be provided together with training. The successful person will be paid on a self-employed basis, and be rewarded with a good salary and 25 profit share of the business.
