       Proven DIY experience required to carry out general maintenance and decoration of the home and grounds under the instruction and supervision of the Maintenance Engineer. To ensure that the building complies with all Health & Safety regulations. You  may be required to cover out of hours on call rota. Uniform Provided. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will initially be met by employer but if you leave within the first 6 months then will be taken from applicant.
