Experience and a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent are preferred, although full training (up to NVQ level 2) will be provided. The ideal candidate will be required to have empathy and always treat clients with dignity and respect. Duties to include personal care including bathing and dressing, assisting with diet and fluids and encouraging an independent lifestyle.
