Candidates will be flexible, reliable and punctual. Experience in a kitchen or B and B working environment is preferred but not essential. You will be responsible for taking breakfast orders, cooking breakfasts, serving and clearing tables. You will also be expected to clean all public areas. High hygiene, customer service and food quality standards are essential. You will usually be working with another member of staff over the busy weekends but you will be expected to run the breakfast shift alone on quieter days.
