Applicants must have good customer service and people skills. Must be prepared to work with knives and other utensils. An interest in Cheeses would be an advantage. Must be flexible and able to use own initiative. Duties will include serving customers, cash handling, stock control and ensuring all Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to. Must be willing to work extra hours the week before Christmas. This position is temporary until at least the end of the year.
