An assistant manger position, to be responsible for opening and closing of the building, must have previous experience within pub, hotel restaurant or bar. Duties include opening and closing the building, stock takes, maintaining high standards of customer service, ability to be able to manage a team of staff. The applicant must be positive and must enjoy working in a fast paced customer facing environment. The applicant must have personal licence. This is a temporary position for 12 months covering a maternity leave.
