Experience in a similar role is essential. Duties include all aspects of preparing, cooking and serving breakfasts for up to 12 guests, washing and clearing up and resetting ready for the next service. Must be able to work independently, on own initiative, efficiently and have excellent personal and communication skills. The position will also require you to cover extra shifts as and when required. A food hygiene certificate is essential. Weekend hours will be 7.45am-11.45am.
