Must be aged 18+ as will be serving alcohol unsupervised. Must be numerate and literate. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given. Duties to include serving food and drinks to customers within the bar, lounge and conservatory areas, keeping bar area clean and tidy, maintaining Health and Safety standards, cash handling and any other relevant duties as requierd.
