National building maintenance company requires an engineer to maintain commercial properties in the North West. Duties will include building maintenance and gardening. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Full clean driving licence is essential as a company vehicle will be provided. Must be able to work on your own initiative and be prepared to travel - some occasional stopovers may be required to ensure completion of scheduled jobs.
