Previous experience is required. Duties are to support reception as and when required, and to enhance the experience of customers in the centre. Will follow through on all enquiries such as birthday parties, fitness classes, courses, swim school etc, take bookings and process payments away from reception, up sell and cross sell opportunities answer phone and all other related tasks as required. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.

Successful applicants will be expected to sweep and vacuum floors, clean toilets and kitchens, wash windows and carry out other general cleaning duties at the leisure centre. You should have a flexible approach to working hours, show good interpersonal skills and be willing to work as part of a team. A Criminal Records Disclosure will be required for all advertised posts.
