Must have manufacturing or mechanical engineering degree. Desirable to have quality and/or automotive manufacturing environment experience, TS16949 core skills such as PFMAA, control plan and work instruction experience. You will join a multi disciplinary team to review and redevelop PFMSSs for each step of the process, redevelop new generic control plans as per AIAG requirements, translate the control plans into work instructions. The role will report to the Quality Manager.

Graduate with good technical skills and the ability to multi task. Must have strong planning and organisational skills. Experience or knowledge of testing, programming, rework and de-bug circuit boards using BGA(FPGA) devises. Good knowledge of surface manufacturing methods and experience of using all forms of RF test equipment would be advantageous.

Must have minimum of HNC in mechanical or production engineering. Must have strong drafting skills using auto CAD. Any experience of 3D would be an advantage. Must have knowledge of lean principles of product engineering, Strong IT skills. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines. Must have good communication skills you will be required to provide technical support to the production teams and sales personnel, will be involved in the lean manufacturing and DFNA continuous improvement plan, sourcing new materials,...

Must be capable of carrying out COSHH assessments, to be able to undertake QHSE audits, have excellent IT skills and excellent communication skills are also necessary. To review and improve QHSE Managerial systems, prepare risk assessments and method statements, carry out visual checks on tools and equipment, ensure policies and procedures are being correctly implemented. The position is office based but will incorporate site visits to locations mostly in the London and South East.
