Must be 18+ to serve alcohol. Your duties will include the serving of drinks to hotel guests from either behind the bar or through waiter/waitress service at the table. Ensuring that the bar area is kept clean and tidy during your shift, stocking up of the bars, stock rotation, collecting and washing of glasses, and handling of cash. You must be of smart appearance and be able to work unsupervised. Experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
