YHA Keswick is an 85 bedded youth hostel in the Northern Lake District with a catering income of £142,000 and the potential to increase this to round £150,000. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead our catering team and maximise sales of food and beverage through development of the restaurant and bar. Duties include delivering a high standard of good quality of food, delivering excellent levels of customer service throughout the operation and any other relevant duties as required.

Must have current working knowledge of health/safety procedures, preferably within a similar industry. Intermediate food hygiene certificate preferred. Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry, able to demonstrate knowledge of current tourist industry standards.
