The aim of the role is to provide training & support to our 16-18 year old e2e learners. This provision seeks to develop learners' personal & social skills & employability & key skills. We are looking for a computer literate, confident, motivated & professional person with the ability to design & deliver training appropriate for e2e learners. The ideal candidate will possess a Basic Skills / Counselling / Certificate in Adult Learner support qualification. A proven track record of working with young, disadvantaged learners would be advantageous.
