Supervisor of Warehouse Operations

We are currently seeking a Supervisor of Warehouse Operations . This individual will oversee the order-filling operation of a new UK division of a successful, fast-growing US party plan direct selling company. This position is located within the bounds of the M25 Motorway, and is accessible by underground and rail. Responsibilities: You will supervise a team of warehouse employees. You will provide coaching and developmental feedback to enhance your team members' job performance. You will oversee the inventory control function including cycle counts, returns, receiving and yearly physical inventory preparation. You will analyse data and produce reports. You will ensure the highest level of product quality control. You will coordinate transportation and Customs documentation. You will establish and document all processes and procedures used in the warehouse and ensure appropriate cross-training amongst the staff. You will perform additional functions as required, to include activities consistent with a start-up operation.
