Engineer/Supervisor (Gas)

Our client is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer/Supervisor to manage a service delivery team of gas engineers responsible for carrying out servicing and breakdown repairs to housing and commercial premises. This post is a key role in providing a high quality efficient service to their customers. You will be responsible for setting up administrative systems to ensure that all targets are met and that all works are carried out within the financial budgets set. You will also be responsible for ensuring all statutory duties are fulfilled and compliance with Gas and Health & Safety legislation is adhered to. You will also have the responsibility of supervising a team of engineers and ensuring all relevant training and development needs are met. Experience in a supervisory capacity is essential ideally within a heating/gas environment. A technical qualification such as the appropriate ACS qualifications and Gas Safe registered would also be desirable.
